EdgeBSD was officially launched at the FrOSCon 2013 conference in Sankt Augustin (near Bonn), Germany, on August 24th, 2013. See https://programm.froscon.org/2013/events/1291.html for more information regarding the presentation, including the PDF slides.

Today, the EdgeBSD presentation FrOSCon organization recordings were uploaded to ftp.ccc.de, available in both audio only (Opus, MP3), as well as video (WebM, MP4) formats.
